|Sponsor (NSERC, CIHR, SSHRC)||
Submit the final application online on the sponsor website. This should be done a 3-5 business days before the posted sponsor deadline.
For tri-council grants, when you click submit on the online application system, the application does not go directly to the sponsor. The application goes to Research Services for a final compliance check and institutional approval. Research Services will officially submit the application on your behalf. You will be sent an email notification by Research Services once your application has been submitted. So it is crucial to submit the final application 3-5 business days prior to the sponsor’s deadline.
If you require access to the application to make any further edits, contact Jennifer Hancock ( email@example.com), up until the application has been officially submitted.
