Application Procedure   

Applicants complete the on-line application by May 15, 2012.   Apply early to ensure your spot.  Please check our website for up-to-date information on course availability. 

Applicants will be sent confirmation of their course and accomodation bookings.  


Payment Options:  UWO Speedcode or Credit Card

The University Bank will accept VISA, MASTERCARD.  Complete all sections as indicated on the registration form.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made prior to 30th April 2012:  full refund less an administrative charge of $75.00.
  • Cancellations made between April 30th and May 15, 2012:  refund of fifty percent.
  • Cancellations made after 30 of May 2011:  no refund to be made.  The course organizers reserve the right to reject an application if the level of the course is not suitable to an applicant's background.  In case an applicant is not accepted, he/she will receive full reimbursement of the fees.  
  • In the case of insufficient course enrolment, a course will be cancelled. Full refunds will be given.

Tuition: $2000.00  
Bursary: $1000.00
Total Fee:  $1000.00  + 13% HST ($130.00) = $1130.00

Faculty, Post-doctoral fellows, Private or Government Researchers

Tuition:  $2000.00 + 13% HST
($260.00) = $2260.00

Bursaries

A Bursary of $1000.00 per course is automatically applied to the tuition for a full-time graduate student.
